SNUG Taiwan 2007
Trip Report

The seventh annual SNUG Taiwan attracted a total of 289 unique attendees from forty different customer companies. This event was held at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu on May 29, 30 and included two panel discussions, seven tutorial sessions, and 13 user sessions from nine different partner companies.

Deirdre Hanford, SVP Global Technical Services, gained much applause and positive feedback with her address of the changing semiconductor landscape, opportunities for Taiwanese design houses, and the strong partnership between Synopsys and local IC design companies & foundries. Deirdre also hosted an Executive Dinner associated with the SNUG event. There were 46 high-level executives from Taiwan semiconductor community at the Dinner.
